AIHindi-Tutor is an independent educational project designed to support Hindi learning for children through parent-guided participation and supervised use.

By creating an account or allowing a child to use AIHindi-Tutor, you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian and that you agree to the terms below.

1️⃣ Parent or Guardian Acknowledgment

You confirm that:

• You are the parent or legal guardian of the child using AIHindi-Tutor
• You authorize your child's participation in the learning experience
• You understand and accept the information practices described in the Privacy Policy
• You agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy available at https://aihindi-tutor.com/privacy-policy

Parental authorization may be withdrawn at any time by contacting us.

2️⃣ Information Related to Use

From parents or guardians

• Phone number or other account contact information used for login, verification, and communication

For child learning profiles

• Name, nickname, or profile label
• Learning progress, lesson completion, and activity history

Automatically collected

• Basic device information and app usage data used to support quality, reliability, and safety

AIHindi-Tutor is not intended to collect:

• Precise location data
• Biometric identifiers
• Children's personal email addresses
• Behavioral advertising data

We do not sell personal information.

3️⃣ How Information May Be Used

Information may be used only to:

• Create and manage learning access
• Save progress and support lesson personalization
• Communicate with parents or guardians
• Improve reliability, safety, and educational functionality

Information is not used for targeted advertising.

Parents or guardians may request to:

• Review information associated with their child's use
• Request correction or deletion
• Withdraw consent at any time

4️⃣ Data Storage and Security

Reasonable safeguards may be used to protect information. Data may be stored on secure systems or cloud services located in the United States, including encrypted storage where appropriate. Information is not shared with third parties except as needed to support operation of the learning experience, as described in the Privacy Policy, or when required by law.

5️⃣ AI-Assisted Features

AIHindi-Tutor may use AI-assisted and text-to-speech features to support the learning experience, including:

• Supporting lesson recommendations based on learning progress
• Providing audio pronunciation support for Hindi words and sounds
• Using quiz or practice results to highlight areas for improvement

These features are intended only to support educational use. They are not intended for biometric profiling, automated legal or medical decisions, or behavioral tracking.

6️⃣ Acceptable Use

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate parent or guardian information during registration
• Supervise a child's use of the learning experience
• Use AIHindi-Tutor only for personal educational purposes
• Not engage in prohibited activities such as hacking, harassment, abuse, or spamming

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of access.

7️⃣ Educational Disclaimer

AIHindi-Tutor is an educational support tool intended to supplement Hindi language learning. It does not replace teacher-led instruction, tutoring, or professional educational evaluation. Learning outcomes may vary, and parents or guardians remain responsible for deciding whether the experience is appropriate for their child.

8️⃣ Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. Any disputes relating to the use of AIHindi-Tutor will be handled under the jurisdiction of courts located in Illinois.

9️⃣ Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in project practices, features, or legal requirements. If material changes are made, updated notice may be provided through the website, app experience, or parent contact methods as appropriate.

🔟 SMS Authentication Notice

AIHindi-Tutor uses SMS messages only to deliver one-time passcodes to parents or legal guardians for account authentication.

• SMS messages are sent only during login or account verification for security purposes
• No marketing, promotional, or recurring campaign messages are sent
• By entering a phone number, the parent or guardian authorizes receipt of authentication SMS messages
